Mark your calendars BPE friends and families! One of our favorite weeks of the year is almost here, Read Across America week! We will still have the book character parade on Friday (3/5), unfortunately there will be no visitors allowed to come watch. However, we will be sharing a virtual parade/ slide show the following week! We can't wait!
Baker Place celebrated, honored and remembered Black History Month in many ways. Mrs. Paschall's Kindergarten class worked together to create this beautiful mural in honor of Black History Month. They also completed activities on and learned about each of these notable and historical men and women.

Important: Any student awaiting a COVID-19 test result must remain at home until the test results are received. If the test reveals a positive result, the student (parent) should contact the school administrator immediately and the school should follow the appropriate protocol(s).
In honor of World Kindness Day, kindergarten students at BPE collected teddy bears to be given to children at Children's Hospital of Georgia.

Beginning Wednesday, January 20, FREE curbside meal pickup will be available from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. All children living in Columbia County, ages 0-18, are eligible to eat for FREE! Students attending in person may eat both breakfast and lunch at no charge and curbside pickup is available from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays only, at any high school location. No signup required!
